Yes! You are welcome to combine decorations with those that we have provided. Our party room comes decorated with your color choice. We ask that no holes are put in our walls for decor for banners, signs, etc.
Yes, All events require a $100 deposit to confirm their desired date and times.
No, you are not allowed to bring outside food to the party other than cake. All party packages come with a meal for the kids. Adults may purchase food from our concession.
Yes, if you chose our package that does not include party favors, or did not make it an add on to your package.

Additionally kids can be accommodated for an additional cost per child. Please contact management for pricing details. We can accommodate large groups, but in order to maintain staff -to-child ratios (for safety), we need to be prepared in advance.
In order to make sure we have your food on time, we need a final headcount 72 hours in advance. If you need to make adjustments after you have provided the final count, please be aware that the timing of the delivery may be delayed.
You will need to provide us with your final headcount 72 hours prior to your party. This will allow us to make any final adjustments to your party package. At this time, any additions or changes can be made to the party. After the 72 hour deadline, the package cannot be altered and the remainder of your balance will be charged at the end of the party. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
