The Mindfulness and Wellness Workshop, hosted by the A10TION FOUNDATION and SPONSOR X is a comprehensive event aimed at promoting mental health awareness, mindfulness practice, and overall well-being. With a target audience of 150 participants, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to engage with individuals seeking to enhance their mental health and wellness.
PURPOSE: Provide valuable tools, resources and support to navigate the challenges of mental health, empowering individuals to prioritize self-care, build resilience, and foster a positive mindset.
