Elite 1 on 1 Training starts at $60 per hour, 2 sessions per week is recommended for each client.
1 on 1 training is centered around individual skill building and the teaching of technical movement patterns for basketball performance. 1 on 1 sessions are specifically tailored for each client individual skill level and will follow their own developmental plan.
Small Group Workouts starts at $40 per hour, two sessions per week is recommended for each client. 2-4 players.
Small group workouts focus on high intensity and fast pace skills training. In small group we also incorporate offensive breakdown drills that is design for players to practice in- game situations that will improve decision making.
